At Pathways Support Services, we acknowledge and respect our clients’ individuality and understand everyone is on their own unique journey in life. We offer tailored services to assist NDIS participants on their personalised path to reaching their full potential.
Our homes are presently based in South East Queensland (from North Brisbane to the Gold Coast), from which we offer Supported Independent Living accommodation services for people who are looking for age appropriate housing that enables them to build their social networks and live independently.
Please note: we are not an aged care or homelessness service. You will require an approved NDIS Plan to access our supports.
Our Team
Pathways Support Services offers the best in professional disability support. Our team have a passion for helping and supporting people in need. We pride ourselves in going above and beyond, employing staff who genuinely care about the clients we support and providing tailored supports to meet individual need.
All of our Disability Support Workers undergo a series of detailed checks and clearances in line with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework, so participant safety and quality of service is guaranteed.
