Leanne S – Client Resource Officer

Tell us a little about yourself and your favourite things: 

I wanted a lifestyle change so downsized and relocated to a unit in Brisbane in January 2019. I’m a mum of three and Nana of eight energetic children under six. During the week I will either listen to music or binge Netflix. Weekends I like to spend time with close friends, often eating out and enjoying the whole dining experience, for RnR holidaying at a beach away from technology. 

I’m often referred to as the glue that holds people together and known for my smile. I love flowers and pretty smelling candles.

How long have you worked in this field?

I started in Aged Care and Disability in Gladstone November 2009 managing Gladstone Aquatic Therapy Service. I find this field very rewarding, seeing clients achieve their goals and have an improved quality of life. 

What do you like about your work with Pathways and what have you learnt along the way?

Welcoming team environment, communication and learning new client management systems.
