Tell us a little about yourself

I love all things musicals. Bright lights, sparkly costumes, top hats & red lipstick – I love it all! If you’re around me, you’ll often hear me singing a tune or three. Soy lattes & creamy curries are the way to my heart!

Why did you become a support worker?

I wanted to do something that would allow me to live out my purpose in life and to me, that’s loving people. Creatively, authentically, genuinely and uniquely. Everyone deserves to feel love, be appreciated , heard and seen.

What do you like about your work with pathways and what have you learnt along the way?

Ultimately Pathways is a fun company to work for. With sincerity in the air its an enjoyable team to be part of. pathways have given me incredible opportunities to upskillls in this profession with a wealth of knowledge within the NDIS industry. We have the most wonderful clients and it feels like we are one big family. Pathways – a place to belong.

If you could do or change ‘one thing’ in the world, what would it be?

That everyone would discover their true purpose and run with iy without limitations but joy, hope and love. “You’re only given a sparkle of madness; you mustn’t lose it” – Robin Williams.
